16 ods The Program addresses, in line with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal 16, the challenge of creating legitimate, effective, and inclusive institutions that are accountable and combat corruption through the principles of the Culture of Legality.

The Program's Research Objectives are outlined in the following Decalogue:

1Delve into the conceptual framework of the program and the project on the culture of legality, as well as its theoretical and normative foundations.
2Systematization, analysis, and evaluation of current regulations regarding the culture of legality. Monitoring legislative changes in the area and their constitutional implications. Development of proposals for adaptation and improvement.
3Measurement and evaluation of corruption. Contributions of social psychology to the perception of corruption.
4Bias and exclusion. Artificial intelligence and algorithms in public administrations.
5Administrative practices that generate corruption risks.
6Culture of legality with a gender perspective: corruption and vulnerable subjects.
7​​​​​​​New risk sectors of particular relevance for the Community of Madrid: Universities and Sports.
8Emerging rights in the fight against corruption.
9Corruption and the media. How corruption scandals and institutional reforms are portrayed in the press and on social media.
10Historical, philosophical, and political study of the logics of exclusion, dynamics of domination, and processes of decomposition.
