Workshop on Integrity and Protection of Whistleblowers

Law 2/2023, of February 20, has led to the widespread implementation of alert systems in public and private organizations in our country. Compliance with this regulation, due to its complexity, represents a challenge for all entities required to have an internal reporting system. Within this context, a seminar is being organized with the aim of sharing experiences and best practices, as well as analyzing the challenges for the consolidation and development of these systems.

The program of the seminar takes place over two sessions, combining lectures and presentations. The first session is devoted to the presentation of experiences, and the second focuses on those held in universities. 

INTENDED AUDIENCE. Both sessions are open to the general public, especially to those responsible for internal systems and external channels, legal professionals, consultants, and other interested parties.
